2. Terms and Conditions
By using our services, clients agree to the terms outlined. Bookings are confirmed upon payment, and any cancellations must be made 90 days prior to the event for a full refund. After this period, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. All hired items must be returned in the condition provided, and damages may incur additional charges. We are not liable for event delays or cancellations due to external circumstances beyond our control.

3. Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 90 days before the event to receive a full refund. After this period, a 50% refund will be offered. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. For services booked but unused, no refunds will be granted. If an event is postponed, we may offer a rescheduling option depending on availability.
